Keep in mind that the PS3 is REGION-FREE for games! Even though this is the Asia version of this console, you can play games from ANY region in it! Movies are not region-free however. Hong Kong's Blu-Ray region is the same as North America and Japan! The DVD player is Region 3 (NTSC). You know the capabilities, you know the specs, so we're not going to fill our page with more info than you need. We will tell you that this is the ASIA VERSION of the console, and ONLY works on 220-240V power! So make sure you live in a country that supports that voltage (such as in UK, China, etc). It is not recommended to use a weak power adapter, even if it worked for previous consoles. *Note* It is rumoured that all Playstation 3 consoles carry the same multi-voltage power supply. This means that any console will work in any region, despite what is labeled on the back of the console. This has NOT been confirmed by us, but we have seen the pictures so tend to believe the rumours. You are at your own risk however, if you decide to plug this in outside a 220V country.
