This is the official Wii component cable set from Nintendo Japan. There is currently a shortage of these cables, and they are hard to find at this time. It is unfortunate, because without them you will not be able to enjoy 480p mode with the Wii.
We apologize for the price; since they are so hard to obtain, they are very expensive for us to buy. Once new stock comes out, they should be in the $30 price range.
